The four weeks of "Simulated Revenue Service" trial - intended to mimic real operating conditions - using Terminal 5 staff is now complete.  This involved operation the system for 10.5 hr each day of the trial period

During these trials ULTra achieved a System Availability of 99.6%.   All elements of the automatic control system worked extremely well throughout. The AVP safety system, vehicle control,  and central control, routing and scheduling systems recorded 100% availability.

Overall the vehicles and the system have performed very well; exceeding the objectives for the trial.   ULTra PRT and BAA are very pleased with these results.
